Responsibility
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare, display, and sell company products, ensuring they meet quality standards and are presented attractively.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking, organizing, and tracking product levels.
- Conduct local deliveries to customers when required, with all petrol costs fully reimbursed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service, including handling returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to make local deliveries (petrol costs covered).
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and/or Indonesian is highly desirable.
