Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional in-store service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selection, providing detailed information about features, benefits, and usage
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual displays
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
