Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with a personalized and friendly approach, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
- Provide expert advice on product features, styling tips, and fashion trends to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in line with brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
- Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and brand initiatives to effectively communicate them to customers.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
