Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in visual merchandising and ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and presentable.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing customer engagement and sales.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work in a team and independently.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Familiarity with the Bali market is an advantage.
