Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create memorable shopping experiences for local and international customers
- Drive sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Holi Group's retail products
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash management responsibilities
- Assist with visual merchandising to create attractive product displays that drive sales
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
- Participate in inventory management, including stock counts and product replenishment
- Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail or sales certification is a plus
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in consumer products or similar industries
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian, Japanese) are highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems or cash handling procedures
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting (up to 10kg)
- Knowledge of Bali's retail market and tourism industry is an advantage
