Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Assist customers in selecting products, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns professionally.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing retail space to attract and retain customers.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Collaborate with the team to implement promotional strategies and drive store traffic.
- Track inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
