As a Store Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining our showroom’s aesthetic appeal, assisting customers with product selections, and ensuring smooth retail operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for design and a passion for customer service.

Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, providing expert advice on furniture and home décor.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions, handle cash, and manage inventory accurately.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely restocking and display updates.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting new shipments, updating inventory records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Support marketing efforts, including social media updates and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the design team to showcase products effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or interior design.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Passion for interior design, furniture, and home décor trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, inventory management).
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu area preferred).
