Responsibility
- Provide personalized consultations to customers, understanding their framing needs and preferences.
- Recommend high-quality framing materials, styles, and designs based on customer requirements and trends.
- Educate clients on frame options, including materials, colors, and preservation techniques to protect their artwork.
- Assist in measuring, cutting, and assembling frames to ensure precision and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of framing samples and products.
- Process transactions, handle payments, and manage customer orders efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store promotions.
- Stay updated on new framing products, techniques, and industry trends to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service, preferably in a creative or design-related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for art, design, or home decor with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of framing techniques, materials, or willingness to learn.
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with diverse customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or design is advantageous.
