As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, drive sales, and contribute to the success of our stores across key locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Maintain store presentation and merchandise displays to attract customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product organization.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in promotional events and sales campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
