As a Sales Promoter, you will represent Green Harvest in various retail locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and more. Your role will involve showcasing products, answering customer inquiries, and driving sales through persuasive and professional interactions. Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail environments to promote Green Harvest products and services.
- Provide accurate and compelling information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Set up and maintain attractive product displays to enhance visual appeal and customer interest.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure product availability and stock levels are maintained.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and in-store demonstrations.
- Track and report sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sales and a results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, product promotion, and customer engagement techniques.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with Green Harvest’s products or the retail/consumer products industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are advantageous.
