As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and building lasting customer relationships. Our walk-in interviews will be held at Bali Trade Centre (Management Office, 1st Floor) from Tuesday to Friday, August 4–7, 2026 (08:30–15:30 WITA). Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stock areas.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient store environment.
- Stay updated on promotions, new products, and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a target-driven environment.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, MS Office) and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (preferred).
