Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to drive sales
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandise displays
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and engaging shopping experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail is a plus
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Passion for sports, fitness, or lifestyle products is an advantage
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
