Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting clients in-store and via digital channels.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and accessories to guide customer purchases.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing retail space, including product displays and inventory management.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor offerings.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or technology products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales KPIs.
- Basic technical knowledge of computers, laptops, and peripherals (training provided for advanced products).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or IT is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
