Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a cohesive work environment.
- Participate in inventory management, including stocking, restocking, and conducting regular inventory checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in retail sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Passion for sales and a desire to grow within the retail industry.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
