Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and place orders as needed.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards to enhance product appeal.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the regional manager to align store goals with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management and sales analysis.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus.
