Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, styling advice, and purchase decisions.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, promotions, and product knowledge to effectively engage with customers.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store performance goals.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and cycle counts.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and visual merchandising initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (prior cashier experience is a plus).
- Passion for fashion, particularly streetwear and contemporary styles, with a keen eye for trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems or cash handling.
