Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients purchasing mobile devices, accessories, and related products.
- Manage daily counter operations, including inventory tracking, restocking, and visual merchandising.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Educate customers on product features, promotions, and after-sales services (e.g., warranties, repairs).
- Achieve monthly sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and promotional strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing counter display to attract customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and participate in inventory audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Passion for technology and mobile products with a willingness to learn.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills; familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays).
