Responsibility
- Operate and maintain photobox equipment, ensuring high-quality prints and digital outputs for customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with photobox usage, product selections, and inquiries.
- Manage retail transactions, including cash handling, POS system operations, and inventory tracking.
- Promote DoSnap’s products and services, upselling add-ons (e.g., frames, digital copies) to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store/photobox area in compliance with brand standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with photobox hardware/software and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate in local marketing initiatives, such as social media promotions or on-site events, to drive foot traffic.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (additional languages are advantageous).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic technical aptitude to operate photobox machines and POS systems (training provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in high-traffic tourist areas.
- Passion for photography, sales, or the retail industry is highly desirable.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in assigned locations across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
