Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and wholesalers to expand market penetration.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives and regional demand.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess retail execution, merchandising standards, and competitor activity.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in emerging markets within Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a regional or area manager role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of retail sales, distribution channels, and trade marketing in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools (e.g., CRM, Excel) and data-driven decision-making.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
