Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the receiving team to ensure timely and accurate unloading, inspection, and storage of incoming merchandise.
- Verify the quantity and quality of delivered goods against purchase orders and invoices, reporting any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for receiving, handling, and storing products.
- Maintain accurate records of received inventory using digital systems and manual logs.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams to prioritize stock placement and ensure optimal shelf availability.
- Train and mentor receiving staff on best practices for handling, safety, and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on receiving department performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the receiving area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within retail, warehouse, or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and receiving processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
