Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise shipments according to company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure product availability.
- Prepare and process merchandise for sales floor display, including steaming, tagging, and pricing.
- Support store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and register balancing when required.
- Ensure back-of-house areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in transferring merchandise between store locations as needed.
- Handle light lifting and moving of merchandise (up to 20kg) with proper safety techniques.
- Collaborate with sales associates to fulfill customer requests for specific products or sizes.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 20kg safely.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
- Excellent time management and ability to work in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
