Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Provide excellent after-sales service, including handling returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a part-time capacity.
- Basic proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and the ability to work in a team.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and able to adhere to company dress code policies.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move products as needed.
