Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the HRAC and supermarket sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and retail chains.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the FMCG or retail sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in managing key accounts and developing long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
