Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Participate in retail events, exhibitions, and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail space to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the retail team.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and events.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking and restocking products as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic computer skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Familiarity with retail events and exhibitions is an advantage.
