Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Support daily branch operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate order delivery, coordinating with logistics teams as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Promote products and services to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a productive work environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required.
