Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection
- Process sales transactions efficiently using our POS system and handle cash/credit card payments accurately
- Maintain store presentation standards by organizing merchandise, restocking products, and ensuring visual merchandising guidelines are followed
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products to enhance their shopping experience
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring positive resolutions and customer satisfaction
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock, conducting stock takes, and reporting discrepancies
- Support store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security measures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store success
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential - we welcome enthusiastic beginners
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required by the retail schedule
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting (up to 10kg)
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn and adapt
