Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on ECCOâs product range, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of ECCOâs product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Ensure the store is visually merchandised to brand standards, including product displays, signage, and cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and card payments, and manage customer returns or exchanges.
- Collaborate with the store team to replenish stock, conduct inventory checks, and report discrepancies to management.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-ups, loyalty program enrollment, and personalized recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to provide informed advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear, fashion, or luxury goods.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong product knowledge and passion for fashion, footwear, or retail industries.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Highly organized with attention to detail in store operations and customer service.
- Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems and basic computer applications.
