Responsibility
- Provide personalized eyewear consultations, including frame styling and lens recommendations based on customer needs and prescriptions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling premium products.
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams (if certified) or assist optometrists in pre- and post-exam processes.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing retail display, ensuring products are stocked, labeled, and presented to brand standards.
- Educate customers on lens technologies, coatings, and eye health best practices to enhance their purchasing experience.
- Process orders, handle payments, and manage customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal collections, and in-store events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitive offerings to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in optical, fashion, or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of optometry, eyewear fitting, or willingness to undergo training (certification is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based or retail environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous for international clientele.
- Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems, inventory management, or CRM tools.
- Passion for fashion, trends, and helping customers enhance their personal style.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in high-traffic retail locations.
