Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring stock levels, restocking shelves, and reporting low inventory to management.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience.
- Educate customers on the benefits of eco-friendly products and promote sustainable living practices.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferably in eco-friendly or luxury retail).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-conscious products.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is an advantage.
