Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on eco-friendly product selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain inventory control, including stock replenishment, product displays, and regular audits.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling and promotional strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to execute in-store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sustainability trends, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferably in eco-friendly or luxury brands).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and provide exceptional service.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly, approachable, and passionate about sustainability and eco-conscious living.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory software, MS Office).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is a plus.
