Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Manage inventory, restock products, and ensure accurate pricing and labeling.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Promote eco-friendly products and educate customers on sustainability benefits.
- Assist in visual merchandising to enhance product presentation and sales.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
