Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising clients on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom, ensuring products are displayed to brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
- For the Retail Sales Manager: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and report stock needs to management.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (for Sales Assistant) or 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role (for Sales Manager).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about luxury retail items.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle, or consumer products with a customer-first mindset.
- For the Sales Manager: Experience in team leadership, staff scheduling, and performance management.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, or retail management software.
