Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clientele, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and fitting room consultations to drive sales.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including stock replenishment, product displays, and store cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Stay updated on new collections, promotions, and brand knowledge to effectively communicate product benefits.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve operational goals, including inventory management and loss prevention.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or fashion brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong product knowledge and passion for fashion, trends, and styling.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
