Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and suggesting relevant products.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual displays.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocktaking, receiving deliveries, and organizing backroom storage.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic numeracy skills and familiarity with POS systems or cash handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking merchandise.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by the retail schedule.
