Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and assist in conducting regular stock audits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store performance goals.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Uphold safety and security standards in the store, including loss prevention and adherence to operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
