Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to enhance their shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, ensuring smooth and hassle-free checkouts.
- Maintain store presentation standards by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring a clean, inviting, and visually appealing environment.
- Support daily branch operations, including inventory management, order processing, and timely delivery of products to customers.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, participate in promotional activities, and contribute to store performance goals.
- Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and assist in inventory counts to ensure accurate stock management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field; prior experience in a sales assistant role is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic proficiency in using POS systems, cash registers, and other retail technology tools.
