Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting eco-friendly products that align with their lifestyle.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves, conducting regular stock checks, and reporting discrepancies to the store manager.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the customer experience and uphold brand standards.
- Process transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash and card payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in creating and maintaining eye-catching product displays that highlight our eco-friendly offerings and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay informed about our products, promotions, and sustainability initiatives to effectively communicate our brand’s mission to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products, with a willingness to learn about our brand’s mission and values.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by the store’s operating hours.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg), and maintain store cleanliness.
