Responsibility
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to streamline processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments (e.g., sales, logistics, HR) to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Ensure inventory management, supply chain logistics, and product distribution are optimized for timely delivery.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and address customer or vendor concerns promptly and professionally.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, budget adherence, and resource allocation for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or consumer products.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving operational improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are advantageous.
