Responsibility
- Provide personalized, high-touch customer service to luxury shoppers, ensuring a seamless and memorable in-store experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and product expertise.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand’s handbag collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and styling recommendations.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the pop-up counter is always inviting and on-brand.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Build and nurture client relationships through follow-ups, styling advice, and loyalty program promotions.
- Collaborate with the pop-up team to execute promotional events, product launches, and VIP client appointments.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or customer service, preferably with high-end accessories or handbags.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based or performance-driven role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clientele.
- Strong product knowledge in fashion, particularly leather goods, and a passion for the luxury market.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance, aligning with the brand’s premium image.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, as required by pop-up schedules.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are a plus.
