Responsibility
- Develop and implement visually appealing product displays in retail stores to enhance customer appeal and drive sales.
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring products are well-organized and readily available for customers.
- Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising strategies.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards, product placement, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to recommend improvements in product presentation and inventory management.
- Train retail staff on merchandising best practices, including shelf arrangement, signage, and product rotation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and placement of new products.
- Prepare detailed reports on merchandising activities, sales performance, and market trends for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail merchandising, visual merchandising, or a related field (fresh graduates with a strong passion for retail are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of retail operations, product placement, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with store teams and stakeholders.
