Responsibility
- Assist the Coordinator and Supervisor in managing and organizing merchandise on the sales floor to ensure optimal product presentation and availability.
- Support daily retail operations, including stock replenishment, inventory checks, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Monitor and report stock levels, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing out-of-stock situations.
- Assist in implementing visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions, managing cash registers, and ensuring accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to boost customer engagement and sales.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in retail, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with retail software, POS systems, or inventory management tools is an advantage.
