Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and assist with stocktaking.
- Promote eco-friendly products and educate customers on sustainability benefits.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist in store opening/closing procedures and ensure security protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong numerical and cash-handling abilities.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, inventory management).
- Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail training is a bonus.
