Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays
- Stock merchandise, monitor inventory levels, and assist with restocking as needed
- Educate customers about wellness products, features, and benefits to drive sales
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic knowledge of wellness products or willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in basic math and cash handling
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus)
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
