Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking, restocking, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Support visual merchandising efforts to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service training is a plus.
- Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
