Responsibility
- Provide world-class customer service by assisting clients with product selection, styling advice, and personalized recommendations.
- Manage daily boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior sales associates to ensure consistent brand representation and service standards.
- Maintain an immaculate store appearance, ensuring products are displayed according to brand guidelines.
- Build and nurture relationships with VIP clients, offering tailored shopping experiences and follow-up services.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, fashion trends, and brand promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or customer service roles.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a retail environment.
- Passion for fashion, trends, and luxury products, with a keen eye for detail.
- Leadership skills with experience in supervising or training team members.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management.
