Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and promotions to customers.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing retail space to enhance customer attraction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain sales records.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
