Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on mobile products and accessories.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to match customer needs with the right solutions, including smartphones, tablets, and mobile plans.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Process transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges, while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or mobile technology.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong product knowledge of mobile devices, accessories, and related services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Passion for technology and customer service with a results-driven mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is advantageous.
