Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, features, and benefits to guide customer purchases.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk display.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure inventory is stocked and merchandise is presented attractively.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and in-store marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
