Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising clients on product selections tailored to their needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to deliver accurate and persuasive recommendations.
- Process transactions efficiently, including payments, returns, and exchanges, while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create a welcoming and high-energy store atmosphere that enhances the customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the management team to ensure product availability and display optimization.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, resolving issues to maintain satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry trends, new products, and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in home improvement or construction materials.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn new tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy retail setting.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by business needs.
