Responsibility
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, including materials, features, and brand stories.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure the boutique’s visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with the team to organize and execute in-store events and promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury fashion or a high-end boutique.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
